The team

Clinicians, educators, and technologists — in the same room.

We're deeply invested in mental health, ethics, and education. Together we're building a space for emerging therapists to find their voice and step into the work with confidence.

Anna S. May, MA, LCMHC

Founder

Anna is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over a decade of experience across private practice, early intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation, and community mental health settings serving populations that traditional mental health systems have historically underserved. She founded Reverb Space because she remembers what it felt like to be a counseling intern sitting across from a client and realizing that knowing what to do and being ready to do it are not the same thing. That gap, between knowing theory and being ready, is where Reverb Space lives. Her goal is to give future counselors a space to practice that reflects the full complexity of real clinical work, before the stakes are real.

Mickey Mazarick

Chief Technology Officer

Mickey brings more than 25 years of software architecture experience to Reverb Space, including over two decades building solutions for federal and local governments. He holds three patents in the security and cloud-computing space and has served as CTO of three organizations.

Along the way, he has provided hosting and datacenter infrastructure for multiple Fortune 500 companies — the scale-and-reliability foundation that Reverb Space is built on.
